Drug & Alcohol Testing:

SYNLAB Laboratory Services – Drug & Alcohol Testing Feedback / Complaints

How Do I Make a Complaint or Give General Feedback?

Whilst SYNLAB Laboratory Services are committed to providing a high quality service to all customers, we understand we may not always get this right the first time.

If you feel that we haven’t lived up to your expectations in any way, we would like to hear from you. If you have any other feedback, we would welcome that too.

Tell Us

We welcome customer feedback as part of our ongoing commitment to continually improving our standards.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service we’d like to hear from you. Our complaints procedure is designed to give us the opportunity to quickly resolve problems, improve service and avoid future complaints. If there is any general feedback that you would like to share, we would like to hear that too.

What Will We Do Next

We aim to resolve all complaints swiftly. All complaints are documented within our Quality Management System and we will formally write to you within 3 working days to formally acknowledge receipt of your complaint. We will then tell you what actions have been taken to resolve the problem, or let you know when you can expect a full response. If you choose to write to us, please allow for the time it will take for your letter to reach us.
